INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES APPLYING FOR THE POST OF HOSTEL SUPERINTENDENT ON CONTRACT BASIS 2025-26
Those who are selected for the post of Hostel Superintendent in the academic year 2025-26, in any region, should not apply for this.
Those who have already applied for the post of Hostel Superintendent in Patna Region for the Academic year 2025-26, previously, must re-register your email_Id, to apply again.
Those who have already applied for the post of Hostel Superintendent in region other than Patna Region, and is not selected for the post, must use a different email_Id to apply again.
Applications are invited by eligible candidates for engagement as Hostel Superintendents purely on contract basis in Jawahar Navodaya Vidylayas as per need during session 2025-26.
A candidate is required to sign up using a valid e-mail id. An OTP will be sent to the email to verify it. After verifying the email, candidate can
set a new password for logging into the site.
After Registration candidate should login using registered e-mail and the new password.
A candidate can apply for contract engagement only for JNVs of one Region of NVS. Applying for more than one Region is not permitted.
After completing all entries, candidate has to click the final “confirm” button to complete the application submission. Edit facility will not be available after clicking the confirm button. Application will be considered for processing only after clicking the “confirm” button.

Application entry should not be done with mobile phone. Use laptop or desktop for Applicaion Entry. The application submitted using mobile phone
may not be visible to the Regional Office for further processing, if the entry is done by mobile phone.
